A neck pillow, also known as a cervical or orthopedic pillow, is a type of pillow that helps modify the neck placement to provide the user with a comfortable and healthy rest during sleep.

The memory foam pillow resembles a standard pillow, except that the memory foam is made out of polyurethane foam. The material can easily change its form and follows the contour of the sleeper's neck, giving it wrap-around support. The memory foam returns to its default shape when not in use. Other variants of this product include the inflatable neck pillow, which has air instead of cotton or foam as the filler inside, and a heated neck pillow that provides some warm relief for a sore neck. And a cooling neck pillow that gives off a cooling sensation to alleviate the discomfort of sleeping in summer times.
